What's the 30-day Money Back Guarantee?
If you cancel a paying plan within 30 days of signing up, we will send you a full refund. If you choose to cancel your account after the 30-Day period, you will never be charged again. However, you are responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancellation. Refunds can not be issued after your initial 30-day trial and we do not prorate for partial months.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yep. Simply click on the "Account" tab on your dashboard and you'll see your options.
Do you have a Rebrandable solution?
Yep. When you go to the signup page, make sure to check the box next to "I want to rebrand BLVD Pro". It's only $99 per month, and it applies to any domains you add in your account. Also, we throw in an Enterprise-level domain with it. After signup, we will provide you with instructions on setting up your CNAME, displaying your logo, and sending out alerts from your email/twitter
Are you going to make it hard to cancel?
BLVD Status Pro is a pay-as-you-go service. Since there are no contracts, you can cancel anytime from within your account dashboard.
What if I exceed my monthly pageview limit?
We understand that it can be difficult to gauge how many pageviews you will have in a given month. If you do exceed the limit, we won't turn off your stats but will send a friendly reminder to upgrade your account for the next billing period. If you decide not to upgrade and go over the limit during the second month, we will freeze your stats for that billing period unless you upgrade.
What types of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not accept PayPal. At this time we only accept payments online so we will not be able to accept a P.O., invoice you, or take an order over the phone.
